○Electricity Generation and Storage [7]

In the United States, sand batteries have also been developed. Here, quartz sand is heated up to 1200°C and stored in insulated concrete containers. To convert this sand into electricity, it's supplied to a heat exchanger, rotating turbines and generators to produce power. Simply put, it's like using the force of steam generated by heating water to turn a turbine equipped with many blades, similar to a water wheel. This turbine is connected to a generator, resulting in electricity generation. Facilities like these are necessary when generating electricity from heat. This also becomes an option for municipalities.

Other renewable energy sources include solar power generation, large-scale hydroelectric and wind power generation, and geothermal energy. For example, solar panels sometimes contain hazardous substances, creating disposal issues. Additionally, their complex structures or the need for large-scale facilities could impact their usability, depending on how these issues are resolved. Nuclear power leads to major disasters, while fossil fuel-based power generation will eventually deplete resources and lead to high CO2 emissions, making them unsuitable options.

Moreover, lithium batteries used in electric cars, e-bikes, and smartphones containing resources like lithium and cobalt are unsustainable, leading to a decision to avoid their usage.

To summarize, the basic methods of power generation include solar thermal water heaters, solar thermal collectors, microbial power generation, household wind power generation, pendulum tidal power generation, magnesium batteries, and biomass power generation. For energy storage, there are Hanchiku floors, charcoal storage batteries, magnesium hydride, hydrogen fuel cells, and sand batteries.

By constructing power facilities using municipal resources with the simplest structures possible, electricity is generated from seas, rivers, and land and shared among communities. This includes improving residential insulation to reduce power consumption. This way, life is sustained using only renewable energy, eliminating the need for depleted resources. In a society driven by currency, economic activities consume substantial electricity daily due to competition. Eliminating these economic activities results in a significant reduction in required power, a substantial decrease in carbon dioxide emissions, and serves as a robust measure against global warming.
