○Summarizing Alone

With the techniques gained through repetition, intuition is embodied, and something is completed. What is completed has quality. To create something of high quality, the basic principle is to summarize it alone. By selecting a few items from a multitude of materials and compiling them by oneself, a waste-free entity, unified by a single personality from corner to corner, is created. A director who organizes a team must be alone, otherwise the overall direction will not be determined, and if the members of a band merely create a song together, their individualities clash, so a representative finishes the song. If one artist draws the eyes on the same piece of drawing paper and another artist draws the mouth, an uncoordinated character picture is created.

Even when two people work on something, the basic relationship is that one person summarizes it and the other provides their abilities without hesitation, offering ideas to increase the other's options. This relationship does not change even if the number of people increases. In other words, if the ability, experience, and humanity of the person who summarizes are high, everything will go smoothly. The problems often occur when the ability and humanity of the person who summarizes are insufficient, when the direction is not determined, and when the people around interfere too much.
